The 2023 Subaru Crosstrek will be available in the second half of 2022. The price will rise somewhat this time due to significant improvements to the Crosstrek model. Subaru Crosstrek Exterior Redesign
The next 2023 Subaru Crosstrek and its hybrid version will look exactly the same. This SUV’s overall dimensions and design will remain unchanged. A new set of spy photos, however, shows a redesigned front fascia with a reworked grille and slimmer headlights. The modern Subaru Forester SUV receives a similar modification recently. We may expect a cleaner styling with more aggressive lines and new exterior paints as well.
Because this will be the next-generation Crosstrek, changes to the front fascia will not be the only ones. The grille will have a trapezoidal shape, and the side profile will be more angular and unique. In the back, the Crosstrek model will wear new distinctive taillights and a new bumper. New wheels are also in the works, so it is a complete redesign.
Interior Changes
Interior modifications are still a mystery to us. The next-generation 2023 Subaru Crosstrek will undoubtedly receive numerous cabin upgrades. Regardless, Subaru’s whole crossover and SUV lineup is getting the same treatment, and the Crosstrek model is no different. The third-generation Crosstrek will include an improved Starlink multimedia system as well as an updated EyeSight suite.

It is a good drivetrain choice because it provides good fuel economy and it keeps the base price more affordable. However, if you are looking for more power, an optional four-cylinder engine with 182 horsepower is a slightly better choice.
On the other hand, the Crosstrek model will reportedly receive a hybrid powertrain. If this truly happens, it would become the most popular buying option, undoubtedly. The Crosstrek Hybrid should deliver more power than the optional engine, and significantly higher fuel economy ratings than the base variant. Lastly, we don’t know yet if Subaru plans to continue offering a manual transmission.
2023 Subaru Crosstrek Price and Release Date
In terms of price, the new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek will start at about $24,000. This is an uptick over the 2022MY, which is perfectly reasonable given how significant updates are. There is also the Wilderness trim level that will cost around $28,000. Lastly, the range-topping Limited trim level will cost over $30,000. The Crosstrek SUV will hit the dealerships later in 2022.
