2023 Lexus NX 350 Getting a Nice Facelift

The 2023 Lexus NX 350 is coming, but don’t expect a major overhaul yet. The incoming model will, as far as we know, gain a mild facelift, per source. That includes minor visual upgrades and new exterior paints. The interior of the NX 350 SUV is perhaps its strongest point. Additionally, the engine lineup will not change, so we can anticipate the same options, including a hybrid powertrain.

The next Lexus NX is anticipated to be on sale sometime in the final quarter of the year with minor updates and tweaks. It is a smaller model than the RX 350 and is also more affordable. Yet, it is an equally premium and upright SUV in our opinion.

Exterior Design, Dimensions

The next 2023 Lexus NX 350 will keep its beautiful form and style. This compact luxury SUV will retain an incredibly eye-catching appearance, thanks to its impressive front fascia and beautiful side profile. And while it carries the same design as the RX variant, the NX 350 is actually smaller.

This model’s revised tail has taillights that span the whole width of the vehicle. The F Sport edition is the most popular since it comes with 21-inch gloss-black wheels, black roof rails, and more aggressive bumpers. As its name suggests, the F Sport trim is all about sportiness.

Lexus NX 350 Interior

The forthcoming 2023 Lexus NX 350 is a stylish SUV with a very modern and roomy interior. With excellent back legroom, the cabin is practical, quiet, and comfy. The amount of cargo space is also very good, with 22.8 cubic feet with the back seats up and around 47.0 inches with the seats being folded flat.

The Lexus NX 350 has a 9.8-inch touchscreen as standard equipment, while a bigger 14-inch screen is optional. The 10-inch head-up display (HUD), ambient lighting, and panoramic moonroof are premium amenities that are also optional. Overall, the cabin is very premium, providing lots of high-tech features, lots of room, and a high level of comfort.

Engine Options

While the NX 250 comes with a 2.5-liter gasoline engine, the 2023 Lexus NX 350 is available with a 2.4-liter turbo-four variant. The base engine provides 203 horsepower, but this one is more potent, developing up to 275 hp and 317 lb-ft of torque.  An eight-speed automatic transmission is on offer and this small SUV gets 25 mpg combined.

Furthermore, the AWD system comes as standard, which is great. There is also an optional NX 350h variant, that comes with a hybrid powertrain. This unit is less potent, but it provides much better fuel efficiency. You can choose between the NX 250, NX 350, and NX 450 models, and each of these versions are offering different outputs. The most potent one is the NX 450h with a plug-in hybrid engine.

2023 Lexus NX 350 Price, Release Date

The price of the upcoming 2023 Lexus NX 350 will start at $42,000 and move up from there. This SUV has plenty of optional features and packages, so the price can easily reach $50k. This premium compact SUV will hit the dealerships in the last quarter of 2022.
