Next-Gen 2024 Audi Q7: Changes, Price, Specs

The forthcoming 2024 Audi Q7 will continue to compete in the luxury SUV segment. It is a midsize model with so much to offer. The Q7 rivals the BMW X5, the Volkswagen Touareg, and the Mercedes-Benz GLE. Audi will reportedly provide a couple of big upgrades, as the next-generation Q7 is on the way. However, we don’t know if the next model will mark the beginning of a new generation.

In any case, this model will continue to sell well because of its premium interior, stylish exterior design, and excellent performance. Speaking of which, the Audi Q7 offers everything from a gas engine to a diesel and plug-in hybrid powertrains.

Exterior Changes

The upcoming 2024 Audi Q7 is getting a redesign, per multiple reports. However, you can still find a couple of rumors about the 2025 Q7 and the next-generation model. Audi prepares a new platform, followed by a new design and much more, regardless of when the redesign occurs. The MLB architecture will underpin the new-generation Q7, so a new version could arrive with a different size.

If that’s truly the case, then the Q7 SUV will slightly grow in size, and it will sport new suspension, brakes, and other mechanics. Design-wise, the Audi Q7 will introduce a new front fascia with standard LED headlights and a larger grille. On top of that, the rear section will have new taillights, while new wheels are in the works as well. We also expect to see a completely new color palette and new appearance packages.

Audi Q7 Interior Upgrades

The cabin of the all-new 2024 Audi Q7 will also get a couple of important updates. The current model already offers an elegant and upright interior. However, the next one will be even better. This means Audi will have to improve the general level of comfort by introducing new upholstery, additional premium materials, and more technology.

Engine Specs

Under the hood, we don’t expect new engine options. However, the 2024 Audi Q7 could receive a power boost. Furthermore, an all-electric powertrain is a possibility, but it seems like the next model won’t have one. Still, there are a lot of options to choose from. The 2.0-liter turbo-four petrol unit is standard, producing 260 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque.

There is also an optional 3.0-liter V6 turbocharged engine with 330 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque. A hybrid powertrain is optional, providing a standard AWD system and around 350 horsepower. On top of the range, there is the SQ7 model. This version offers a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V7 and cranks out 500 horsepower and over 550 lb-ft of torque.

2024 Audi Q7 Price and Release Date

The price of the new 2024 Audi Q7 will start at over $60,000, However, the official price is not out yet. In any case, the Q7 is ready for the next chapter in the luxury segment of SUVs. The sales will begin later in 2023, so stay tuned for additional information.
