The 2023 Land Rover Discovery is getting further upgrades. This model is an overlanding SUV with a high starting price. It is a model that provides good off-road capability, while it also delivers lots of luxury. The interior is full of luxury and it provides a room for seven passengers.

On top of that, a 3.0-liter six-cylinder with 355 horsepower is available as an option. This engine is combined with a 48-volt hybrid setup, so it naturally provides improved fuel efficiency. With an optional powertrain, the 2023 Land Rover Discovery SUV sprints from 0 to 60 mph in around 6.2 seconds.

Of course, this is an off-road capable SUV, but its ride quality is very smooth, both on and off the road. On the other hand, handling could have been better. This model has a towing capacity of 8200 pounds, which is more than enough. As for the fuel economy, the standard engine delivers 19 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway. Moreover, an optional hybrid powertrain gets 18 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway.

2023 Land Rover Discovery Price, Release Date

The price of the base 2023 Land Rover Discovery S version starts at $58,000. On the other hand, Land Rover will introduce a new range-topping Metropolitan trim level. This version will cost around $77,000. Furthermore, it will provide more luxury, including 22-inch wheels, larger displays, black contrast roof, and more. The sales of the Discovery SUV will begin this summer.
