2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE Shows New Design in the Latest Spy Shots

The upcoming 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE has been spotted tested in more camouflage than ever before. The future SUV features more camouflage on the front, which completely hides the front fascia. As can be seen, the Mercedes-Benz GLE does not conceal anything that was not visible on the last observed model.

The model boasts more attractive styling thanks to a redesigned bumper design, thinner LED headlights, and reworked daytime running lights. The rear of this SUV is likewise covered, and sadly, it remains intact, as the taillights, bumper, and exhaust pipe remain the same. Mercedes is expected to offer a variety of wheel types for the upcoming crossover, which will help keep the vehicle looking fresh.

Mercedes-Benz GLE Spy Photos

The new 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE looks very elegant, with an appealing front end that features numerous eye-catching details. Due to the increased ground clearance and lower cladding, the vehicle also has a more rugged personality. The SUV’s greatest weapon is its sleek lines, and the front and rear signature lights are looking more refined than ever before.

On top of that, the appearance of this SUV changes slightly when you upgrade to the AMG variants. The AMG models are unquestionably more aggressive and athletic than their non-AMG siblings. These versions feature distinctive grilles and wheels while remaining dimensionally identical. The GLE-Class is somewhat comparable in size to the BMW X5 but significantly larger than the Audi Q7.

Interior Upgrades

From what we know, the new 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE will introduce mild cabin updates. As you are surely aware, this model is premium, so it provides a high level of comfort, particularly upfront. Additionally, the rear seats are a pleasant place to be, with lots of legroom and headroom. Furthermore, the optional third is quite little, even for children. Choose the Acura MDX or Volvo XC90 if you’re searching for a more family-friendly three-row SUV.

The GLE-Class has a load capacity of 33.2 cubic feet, which can be expanded to 75.0 cubic feet with the seats folded down. The GLE SUV has a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a wireless charging pad, gorgeous interior lighting, and a plethora of safety aids.

List of Engine Options

The forthcoming 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE is available with a choice of five engines. The entry-level engine is a 2.0-liter turbo-four with 255 horses. Moreover, there is a 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine producing 360 horsepower. A twin-turbo V8 engine produces 485 horsepower. Both the six- and eight-cylinder engines are available in high-performance AMG configurations.

The 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-6 engine with EQ Boost generates 430 horsepower, while the 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine with EQ Boost produces an astounding 600 horsepower. Every GLE-Class comes standard with a 9-speed automatic transmission and AWD system, except for the base GLE 350 variant.

2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE Price and Release Date

The price of the all-new 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE will start at around $54,500. On the other hand, a sportier AMG GLE 63 variant will cost above $100,000. As before, GLE SUV will compete with Audi Q7, Acura MDX, and BMW X5 models. The sales will begin later in 2022.
